Wine making:
harvest in October with careful grape selection. The wine making process is carried out in steel tanks, with controlled temperature, to maximise freshness and grape aromas..
Fining:
Short fining in bottles.
Tasting Notes:
It's a well blended wine yellow in colour with golden tints, broom, pineapple and apricot aromas are combined with spicy hints of cinnamon and hazelnut. The fat taste is kept fresh by the mineral and acid characteristic typical of the grape.

Appetizers, white meats, first course (especially pasta), fish.
